Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will update this policy as new regions become available.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery is 1–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs & Duties My Slow Evening ships from the United States. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
